Payment and Shipping Policy

1. What payment methods are available?

2. What are the shipping options?

  • All orders are shipped internationally via reputable courier services.
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed every Thursday after payment confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp at +65 9670 6688.
  • Shipments from Myanmar to Ruili may not be trackable and typically take around half a month to one month for delivery.
  • Shipments from Ruili typically takes approximately 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Important Shipping Information

  • Customers must ensure that their shipping details (address, postal code, contact number) are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect information.
  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, the buyer must coordinate with the courier company.
  • All shipments are securely packed. While we are not liable for lost or damaged items during transit, we will assist in following up with the courier if needed.
  • We provide necessary supporting documents for customs clearance, but we are not responsible for any customs delays.
