Guarantee

If a certified gemological institute proves that the jadeite purchased from us is not Type A (unless otherwise stated), we will refund the full amount, including the cost of the test, within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping

A tracking number will be provided, if available.

Wangdada Jade uses international shipping, and buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
